Dan Ives: Tesla is a long-term generational growth tech stock, not just a car company
Renowned tech analyst Dan Ives sat down with San Eng to share his view on Tesla, and how it can build generational wealth. In a conversation with San, Dan explained why he believes Tesla is not just another car company, but a long-term growth tech stock.
According to Dan, many people still view Tesla as an automaker. Dan also drew a comparison to Apple, a company that he sees not just as a hardware manufacturer, but as a software and ecosystem provider. Both Tesla and Apple, according to Dan, are businesses that are creating new markets and changing the way we interact with technology.
Dan also puts emphasis on looking forward to what an investment can do in a decade and not just from quarter to quarter. You can watch the full video here.

Village built on tombstones inspires a teenager to GenFIRE
Oia Eng’s inspiration to join the Peace Corps and advocate for financial literacy came from a life-changing experience she had while traveling through Cambodia. She witnessed how some Cambodians built villages on cemeteries and built shacks on top of the tombstones. This experience ignited a deep desire within her to help people learn about financial literacy and how it could change their lives.
In this interview with former NFL star Will Smith, she recounts what she saw and how it led to co-writing the Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling book, the Ten Commandments of Investing. Watch the full interview here.
San recently closed her first multimillion multifamily deal and competed as the youngest General Partner in Grant Cardone’s Real Estate King. She’s on her way to becoming financially independent, paying for her own education, and eventually joining the peace corps to give back to those in need.
Education
Do we need degrees after all?
A census from a few years ago presented some interesting numbers about the correlation between Median Household Income in the US by Ethnic Group and the Percentage of an Ethnic Group’s Population with a Bachelor’s Degree.
The 2015 US Census Bureau reveal that four out of the top seven ethnic groups with the highest MHI have over 45% of their population holding a bachelor’s degree.
